Q: Who creates the ad creative?

Great question! Most of the time, we do! We have a professional creative team and a video team that can create incredible assets. In some occasions, clients can provide their own assets. Example: Video content of a product or project if It’s more cost effective to have someone else create it.

Q: Who chooses who we target?

This is a joint effort. In most cases, clients have a general idea of their target audience. That being said, often times who you think is your target can be someone else entirely. We understand how to test for this to make sure we are advertising to the right audience.

Q: Do I have to spend a certain amount each month?

We generally only work with clients with marketing budgets of $10,000 and up. That's not to say you need to spend $10,000 on Social ads alone. Most of our clients spend this between Google and Facebook. We do require the $10,000 as a minimum for E-Commerce brands for Social Ads.

Q: Do you do retargeting?

Yes! As much as possible! With the new cookie policies and the IOS update, retargeting has become less effective than it once was but it is still something that we do on a regular basis!
